Wellbeing Unlocked is a 6-session journey, running once a week, to help you shift from just surviving to positively thriving. Led by Pia Vassallo, this practical, uplifting course draws on the science of Positive Psychology and offers simple, everyday habits that unlock real wellbeing. Each session includes take-home materials to help you put what you’ve learned into action—so your progress continues between sessions.
